Sixteen years serving Northeast Ohio have taught her that trust is earned one honest conversation at a time, and that the best outcomes come from preparation, patience, and never losing sight of the person on the other side of the deal.

Katerina’s mission is simple: protect her clients’ interests as if they were her own, whether she is representing the buyer or the seller. Whether she is guiding a seller through pricing strategy and skillful negotiation, or guiding a buyer through a competitive search and a winning offer, her goal is always the same: to deliver results with honesty, discretion, and a level of care that earns a client for life, not just a closing.
RELOCATION
Katerina has built one of the region’s most trusted relocation practices, partnering with major corporate relocation networks to support employees of Fortune 500 companies moving into and out of Northeast Ohio, on both the buying and selling side of every move. She understands that a corporate relocation carries its own pressures—a seller who needs a home priced and marketed to move quickly, and a buyer who needs a trusted guide through unfamiliar neighborhoods on a tight timeline—and she brings the same steady hand to both sides of that move.
ACHIEVEMENT
Katerina has been the number one transaction and volume producer in her office every year since 2011, representing both buyers and sellers, placing her in the top one percent of agents nationally. Her work has earned her multiple Centurion Awards and back-to-back President’s Awards, along with 5-star service awards she is most proud of. She holds the Fine Homes & Estates designation and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™) designation—credentials that reflect not just experience, but a continued commitment to doing this work at the highest level for clients on both sides of the table.

For Katerina, real estate has always been about people first, and that shows in how she treats every buyer and seller who works with her—less like a transaction and more like an extension of her own family. Outside of work, she is a grandmother of three who treasures that role above all else, and she brings the same warmth and presence to her clients that she brings to her own family table. When she is not helping someone buy or sell a home, you will likely find her cooking for the people she loves, enjoying her grandchildren, out cycling, sailing, on the ski slopes, or chasing a little adventure. That same energy, curiosity, and genuine care for the people around her is exactly what she brings to every client relationship.
